In order to determine this crucial number, it is necessary to analyze the local area's comparable sold properties and active listings. Not doing this work properly can result in one of the biggest mistakes in selling real estate: underpricing, or even worse, OVERpricing your home for the current market.

You can then analyze what I have provided to you on your own, or I can explain to you how I arrived at my figures.
